Kelsey is an independent photographer, journalist, and filmmaker focused on international development and global public health. She has worked with non-profits and federal agencies in Mali, Uganda, and Washington, D.C. She currently works in Berkeley, California, while pursuing a double Master's in journalism and public health. Kelsey's focus remains on foreign affairs, exploring both the positive impacts and negative consequences of foreign aid. She understands that no two stories are alike and all are multi-faceted.
